The day we are so happy to introduce the new Virusdie Tools PRO – the new name for Virusdie Agency Account for web-agencies. For the new generation of Virusdie 5, BETA. Now, the new Tools PRO available to all new Virusdie customers on a highest plan tier. And to all customers who had active agency account tab on the left menu (old user interface) previously as well.

• – be always in-touch with all your customers over the mobile app (in development);
• – attract and server new customers on Virusdie Marketplace (upcoming new service. We’re not sure who and how ‘ll gain the access to that, but the Tools PRO is the basic thing to get access to the Marketplace anyway);

Bugs

– User interface. User interface crash while navigating across different files with open file editor – FIXED;
– User interface. Users can use quick action icons on dashboard even there is a site sync error – FIXED;
– Reports. Reports mispelling (typo) – FIXED;
– PDF reports. Big PDF reports with multiple sites crash – FIXED;
– Firewall. For those customers who use type-B of the new user interface (1-site dashboard) there is a scan results modal window when firewall tab opening – FIXED;

– Support. The brand new technical support system with a chat bot and way-better skilled support managers.
