Ola, amigos! Hey brave pirates of Virusdie community! What a great day Today! This is the day we start getting payments with Brazil Reals (Brasil reais)! Why that is important thing? It is simple. Previously, just USD (United States Dollar) was the only currency we receive payments. And that is not too convenient for our customers from Brazil, who have to convert their Reals into USD, so they lost some money on conversion. Due to conversion rates. More that, Brazil is one of our target markets so all our Brazilian customers want to pay with their convenient payment methods like: Boleto, PIX, etc. Available in Brazil only.

So, we’re launching the A/B test for this new Brazililan Reals payments for 2 months from now. Payment in reals available for a half new customers only, whose registration country is Brazil. PS. If you need to pay in Brazil Reals right now and you can’t find that currency on your Billing section – just ask our support to change your A/B-test status to get that option right now 🙂

Hello dear pirate of Virusdie. The problem is, since April 7, 2023 we found, that some of our customers can’t sync their websites with Virusdie dashboard. And that is about websites based on Hostinger web hosting.

The Virusdie synchronisation problem in a massive scale since April 7 for some hosting providers. The thing is, since April 7, there is a sync problem (massive) for some customers. All depend on their hosting provider. And it looks that is about line/wire issue for some direction or some issue with routing for them. We trying to investigate that right now and we need your help with that to collect more details about that. Are you affected?

O fato é que, desde 7 de abril, há um problema de sincronização (enorme) para alguns clientes. Todos dependem de seu provedor de hospedagem. E parece que se trata de um problema de linha/fio para alguma direção ou algum problema com o roteamento para eles. And the COVID 2020 now feels like a baby level to all the things we faced past year. Meanwhile, we did it. We are developing. We have many new team members. And you see, how things goes faster 🙂

The new name for Virusdie Agency Account is Tools PRO. That is the first step today we do for better tools for professionals. Why we do that? It is simple, actually. We have 2 different types of our customers: website owners who use Virusdie Tools for their own needs to protect their own website. And we have individuals and web-agencies who provide site security services to their own clients, on the other hand. And for today Virusdie tools focused in terms of positioning on these 2 segments not too well. So we decided to separate these products and rename the profesional toolset into PRO.

Hey brave pirates of Virusdie. The big bug in website database scanner just been fixed. That bug caused the multiple duplicated scan results and that may cause some doubts. Like you may got something like 2 infected rows in your website database were detected, but 1200 times. Now that bug fixed and database scanner works properly.
